Currently you can schedule a certification record for a Supplier to collect a document at the same time each year. But this is only one document. What about the HACCP Certificate, HALAL Statement and all the other documents we need to collect each year from our approved suppliers? It would be great if these could be included within the Assessment workflows so that the Suppliers could upload all their renewing documents at the same time and even set review dates so that they would automatically be notified by the system when the documents are due for renewal. This should happen for both Supplier Assessments and Material Assessments. Also, if the documents the supplier uploads could be deposited in the Suppliers folder in the Documents module this would be brilliant and would make it easy for us to find their documents in the future.
