Root Cause categories

We've had a great discussion today about reporting and statistics of nonconformances and nonconformance categories.

We found that more important than recording the nonconformance categories, it would be highly useful to have something called the Root Cause category. Sometimes the nonconformance and the root cause are the same but not quite always.

Sometimes you for example have a deviation in pH so it would be logged as a Process nonconformance, but the root cause might have been human error. If you had a new category like "Root Cause Type" you could easily discover this statistic in the reports.
