I know that Safefood 360 is continually trying to improve the system so this is a suggestion. I noticed in the Employee section that there are several languages to choose from as far as what the Employees speak. Our company is located in the North-eastern U.S. and we have several different dialects of Spanish speaking employees and the only one you have to choose from is Castilian, which is a dialect from Spain. Most of our employees speak Central American, Mexican, Caribbean, and some upper South American (Upland), dialects. My suggestion would be to add those dialects or to just keep the Spanish option without any dialects at all. Another suggestion would be to add "Puerto Rican" to the nationalities section, whereas we have several Puerto Rican employees.
