Mandatory explanation required when a No or N/A response is used in a Cleaning record.

We have had issues with employees answering No or N/A in a record and not explaining why such an (usually) inappropriate answer was chosen. An automatic progression to the Reports section requiring a response before the record closes out would often save supervisory investigation time. This would also eliminate an unintentional No or N/A answer, which has happened to us.
