Automatic change of the name in the “Completed by” column to the person who took the last changes in a record

In case of undertaking changes to a completed audit record, we would prefer to have the person who made the last changes in the record to be the person who is automatically listed in the “Completed by” column instead of the person who originally completed the record – as it occurs at the moment.

At the moment the name of the person who made the last changes is only evident from the stamp in the bottom of the record. We would like to arrange it in the described way, to have a quick overview who worked within the record recently.
