While creating cleaning programs for our facility I have had the unfortunate task of updating chemicals and tasks as we revise our procedures. Having the ability to add a new chemical to all cleaning programs or a new task to select (similar) cleaning programs would greatly cut down on redundant work. Multiple document uploads or imports from excel fields would also be a welcome addition to reduce repetitive work and the likelihood of error do to oversight.
Such features are a no brainer, however they require a massive development effort. If/when you need to conduct such mass data updating feel free to contact customer support who will be more than happy to help wherever possible.
