There is a requirement from a financial auditor to track the cost of corrective actions. Could we add a new column or perhaps a single field under the table for recording the cost / total cost of the action? This would be really important and it ties back to the message I sent about departments in the background information. It is important to keep track of costs per department.
For now, this is outside the core focus of SF360 as a food safety management system. But aside from that, you can already record the cost per CA in any number of fields within the CA record, not least the name of the record, all which you can query using the query tool.
