In Management Review Report it would be much easier if the Action and Improvement section was alongside the Report Details as additional columns as well as/instead of beneath. Meaning you can correspond Actions to relevant point from meeting instead of double handling data
This is very a valid suggestion and your point is well understood. The suggested workaround would be to 'Save & Submit' the Report stage immediately at the beginning of the meeting. This will then allow you to update both the Report stage and Opportunities for Improvement stage as required. However you would have to be careful to save each stage independently of one another, so if there is unsaved information at both stages then only the information in one stage will be saved.
