Date Format & Timezone to be User Specific

Currently in Safefood 360 the Date Format and Timezone is applied at a Site level. This is not always optimal as Sites can be used to represent non-location specific entities such as Business Units, Groups or Functions and therefore have users accessing from many different locations around the world.

It would be better if this could be specified by the User just like a User can already select their own language for use with the system. In doing so it would mean that the date format would be applied to all Sites which that user has access to ensuring a more consistent user experience across different sites.

Furthermore, in relation to the date format it would be great if MMM could be added as an option to reflect the month in 3 letter format. Currently only purely numerical date options are available.

The challenge I suppose with this is of course the Audit Log and the fact that timestamps can't be tampered or changed on a user by user basis. There are however some fields where this would work nicely - i.e. the grids (Plan, Complete, Actions) / date pickers in the forms, etc.  where the data is not part of the audit log.I

I think the MMM idea is great. This could make readability of reports and grids better.
