Making My Calendar site wide for administrators / managers

At the moment My Calendar is showing tasks only related to your account.

What if you are a manager of a large facility and you are not in charge of completing the actual tasks but your job is to oversee the processes? It would be worth it's weight in gold to have My Calendar show all programs from the entire site.

Perhaps you could have a setting in the profile page where you could choose if you want to see only your personal calendar or if you want to see  tasks from the entire site.
